We provide all of the above in-house.
Our core business is keeping people in their native country and exporting only the skilled service, whereby we mentor and manage them in their own home country.
However, we sometimes get requests to send skilled engineers and others to Western countries to fulfill a shortfall in that particular country, e.g., to Scandinavian countries which offer quotas, for a contracted period such as 2 years minimum. This causes a "brain drain" for some less developed countries, but in many less developed countries there simply aren't enough jobs domestically, and sending people overseas not only gives them a job (fully employed in their specialization) and money to send home but hopefully also advanced training, experience in Western systems and language skills. It is hoped that highly educated expats will eventually return to their native country to help lead its progress. We can supply highly skilled specialists for overseas assignments, and also seek out returning expats who can step into upper level management and mentoring roles for our expanding operations in their native country.
How we operate
We start small and grow gradually. We take an ongoing "onshore" business and identify tasks which can be outsourced offshore. We hire skilled local people who have experience, good samples of their work, and a quality attitude. Most staff are initially hired for a probationary period. We have one or more Western individuals who are an experienced expert in the targeted field to serve as mentor to the hired staff, to provide all initial interface with overseas clients, and to perform management and quality assurance of all work. Over time, the staff falls into place as we retain and promote those who produce well.
In this manner, we are able to produce results reliably on schedule and which often exceeds the quality available in Western countries, all at a most competitive rate.
